We ship our Bien Faire boxes seasonally. Orders ship every three months, depending on your initial purchase date, within the following windows;

February 1 - April 30 (Spring Box)

May 1 - July 31 (Summer Box)

August 1 - October 31 (Fall Box)

November 1 - January 31 (Winter Box)

Prepaid Subscriptions cannot be refunded once purchased. No skipping deliveries or adjusting orders permitted.

Please ensure your shipping information is up to date if/when it changes. We are not responsible for boxes shipped to a former address.

Any changes to your subscription can be made in your 'Manage my Subscriptions' page.
